For two years it has run a bi- weekly reading group, a bi-monthly newspaper The Platypus Review, and hosts panel discussions. 2006 Muslim Student Association- Founder and President Founder and president of the MSA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago to host discussions concerning the politics of Islam today. 2005 Ecology in the City Think Tank at DePaul University Researching the concept of “urban wilderness”.
